人工智能时代,如何协调好AI与未成年人之间的关系成为亟须解决的时代命题,而“面向未成年人制定什么样的AI技术规范”是回答好这一命题的关键。基于此,文章基于“面向未成年人的人工智能技术规范研究”国家社科重大项目,从学理上阐释面向未成年人的人工智能技术规范研究的核心内容与探研进路。文章由五部分组成:(1)面向未成年人的AI时代诉求;(2)面向未成年人的AI治理态势分析;(3)AI技术规范概念阐释与定位;(4)研究的核心内容;(5)整体的探研进路。希望能够帮助读者理解面向未成年人的人工智能技术规范研究的重点和方向,期待能够为后续相关研究提供理论指导和参考,共同致力于解决AI与未成年人协调相融共进问题,助力构建人类命运共同体。


【英文摘要】:

In the era of artificial intelligence, how to coordinate the relationship between artificial intelligence and minors has become a crucial issue, and the formulation of technical specifications for artificial intelligence (AI) designed for minors is the key solution to this issue. Based on the national social science major project of "Research on AI Technical Specifications for Minors", this paper theoretically explains the core content and research approach for developing the technical specifications of AI for minors. This paper comprises five parts: (1) the appeal of the age of AI for minors; (2) the analysis on the trend of AI governance for minors; (3) explanation and positioning of AI technical specifications; (4) the core content of the research; (5) the overall research approaches. The aim of this study is to help readers understand the focus and direction of the research on technical specifications of AI for minors, and provide theoretical guidance and reference for the future related research, ultimately contributing to resolving the coordination issues between AI and minors, and building a community with a shared future for mankind.
