在线学习过程中,学习动机对学习成效至关重要。以自陈式量表反馈学生动机的评价方法受被试主观倾向影响,难以反映其真实动机水平。基于此,文章基于行为投射视角,从学生参与在线学习行为的表现入手,结合在线学习动机量表数据,探索在线学习动机的有效测量策略,构建了基于行为投射理念的在线学习动机评价模型,并基于真实的在线学习行为数据验证了模型的有效性,可以为大规模在线学习场域的动机测评提供支持。研究证实,在线学习者的学习投入度、学习启动点位、交互发帖的数量和质量、组内积极度、拓展性资源的选用量,是能够投射学生动机真实水平的关键信息,是在线学习动机测量模型的关键指标。


【英文摘要】:

In the process of online learning, learning motivation is crucial to learning effectiveness. The evaluation method for students' motivation by self-report inventory is affected by subjects' subjective tendency, making it difficult to reflect their true level of motivation. Based on this, the paper, starting from the performance of students' participation in online learning behaviors, combined with the data of online learning motivation scales, explores the effective measurement strategies of online learning motivation from the perspective of behavioral projection. This paper constructs an online learning motivation evaluation model based on the concept of behavioral projection, and verifies the validity of the model based on the real online learning behavior data, which has been able to provide support for the motivation evaluation in large-scale online learning arena. The study confirms that online learners' learning engagement, the learning starting point, the quantity and quality of interactive posting, positivity in the group, and the use of expanded resources are the key information that can project the true level of students' motivation, and they are the key indicators of online learning motivation measurement model.
