发展教育大数据是“十三五”期间各地教育信息化工作的重点之一。大数据在助力破解我国区域教育发展
不均衡、教育决策粗放化、教育方式单调化、教育信息隐形化、教育就业盲目化、教育择校感性化等诸多难题上具有无限
潜能。区域教育大数据的建设应以构建立体化的区域教育数据网络为基础,形成全区教育数据动态实时的采集、交换、
共享、更新与创新应用的完备机制,为区域教育的全方位变革与创新发展提供强大动力来源和科学力量支撑。当前,我
国各区县层面教育数据网络的构建常以教育数据中心为核心纽带进行整体架构,遵循四步走建设策略:“定标准,搭平
台”、“聚数据,抓管理”、“聚数据,抓教学”、“用数据,促变革”。建设过程中涉及五大关键问题,分别是教育数据的采集机
制、教育数据的融通共享、教育数据的开放运营、教育数据的安全保护以及教育数据的质量管理。最后,对区域层面和学
校层面教育大数据的建设与发展提出了实施建议。
【英文摘要】:
The construction and application of big data in education is one of main tasks of
educational informatization in various regions during the 13th five -year plan. Big data has infinite
potentials in solving many problems in regional education, such as the imbalance of educational
development, the extensive educational policy making, the monotony of education modes, implicit
educational information, the blindness of employment and the sensibility of school choices etc. The
construction of big data in regional education should be based on constructing three-dimensional regional
education data network, and then a complete mechanism that contributes to real -time acquisition,
exchange, sharing, updating, application and innovation of education data in the whole area can be formed
to support the reform and innovation of regional education. At present, the construction of education data
network in each district or county usually centers on educational data and follows a four -step strategy:
setting standards to build platform; collecting date to stress management; gathering date to stress teaching;
using data to promote reform. Five key issues involved in the process of construction are: acquisition
mechanism of educational data, combination and sharing of educational data, opening operation of
educational data, security of educational data and quality management of educational data. Some
implementing suggestions are put forward in this paper about the construction and development of big data
in education in regions and schools.
