教师教育是教育事业的“工作母机”,通用人工智能时代的教学改革是教育高质量发展与数字化转型的应有之义。通用人工智能为教师教育赋予“增量”,能够实现其价值取向从“一个学生”到“每个学生”、培养范式由“相对割裂”向“相称统一”、教学目标自“知识技能”至“全息素养”、教育手段由“各自游离”变“多向合作”。但技术的高效性与其风险相伴而生,技术获取开源性与师生信任、技术使用广泛性与情感维系、技术发展智能性与基础资源三对矛盾成为教学改革的实然困境。基于此,教师教育应该以自建智能教学资源为物质性支撑、平等互动交流对话为行为性支持、顶层设计总体部署为制度性推动、教学改革自发自觉为精神性引领,积极构建通用人工智能时代教师教育教学的质量文化,在发展新质生产力、建设现代化中国中彰显教育服务能力。


【英文摘要】:

Teacher education is the "workhorse" of education, and educational reform is a necessary part of high-quality development and digital transformation in education in the era of artificial general intelligence. Artificial general intelligence provide "incremental value" to teacher education, which enables its value orientation to shift from "one student" to "every student", the training paradigm to move from "relative fragmentation" to "proportionate unity", the teaching goal to evolve from "knowledge and skills" to "holistic literacy", and the educational methods to transform from "isolation" to "multi-directional cooperation". However, the high efficiency of technology is accompanied by its risks, and the three pairs of contradictions between the open-source access to technology and teacher-student trust, the widespread use of technology and the emotional maintenance, the intelligent development of technology and the basic resources have become the real dilemma of teaching reform. Based on this, teacher education should take self-built intelligent teaching resources as the material support, the equal and interactive communication and dialogue as the behavioral support, the top-level design and overall deployment as the institutional promotion, and the self-conscious teaching reform as the spiritual guidance, and actively build a quality culture of teacher education and teaching in the era of artificial general intelligence, so as to demonstrate the educational service capacity in the development of new quality productivity and the construction of modern China.
