数字教材是新形态教材,是教育现代化的核心资源,是教育数字化转型的关键支撑。近年来,数字教材在促进义务教育变革、提升教学质量等方面的应用成效初显,已成为新时代义务教育高质量发展的新动能。然而,在推进数字教材规模化应用过程中,由于发展不成熟、支持服务不完善、传统教育惯性延续等问题导致其发展陷入困境,难以赋能教育高质量发展,在一定程度上影响了教育强国建设。文章在系统剖析其发展困境的基础上,提出破解困境的系列对策,包括构建立体互动的数字教材研究与发展体系、建设多元协同的支持服务体系、构建人机协同的个性化能力发展体系、建立多方联动的监测与评价机制、建立以学校为主体的跨区域协作交流机制等,以期促进数字教材的健康发展与有效应用,充分赋能我国义务教育高质量发展。


【英文摘要】:

Digital textbooks are a new form of teaching material, the core resources of educational modernization, and the key support for the digital transformation of education. In recent years, the application of digital textbooks in promoting the reform of compulsory education and improving teaching quality has begun to show initial results, and digital textbooks have become a new driving force for the high-quality development of compulsory education in the new era. However, in the process of promoting the large-scale application of digital textbooks, their development has been hindered by their immature growth, imperfect support services, and the continuation of traditional educational inertia, leading to difficulties in empowering high-quality development of education and affecting the construction of a strong educational nation. Based on the systematic analysis of its development difficulties, this paper proposes a series of countermeasures to address the difficulties, including the construction of a three-dimensional interactive research and development system for digital textbooks, the construction of a multifaceted and synergistic support service system, the construction of a human-computer collaborative system for personalized capability development, the establishment of a multi-party joint monitoring and evaluation mechanism, and the establishment of a cross-regional collaboration and exchange mechanism with the school as the main body. The mentioned countermeasures may promote the healthy development and effective application of digital textbooks, and fully empower the high-quality development of China's compulsory education.
