数字化转型是国际中文教育应对科技和教育双重变革的优选路径,推动高质量发展是新时代国际中文教育的新使命,以数字化转型赋能高质量发展有助于国际中文教育于变局中开新局。鉴于此,文章首先阐述了国际中文教育数字化转型的内涵,指出技术“重塑”作用的四项表征:重构智慧教育的生态体系、形成互惠共生的人机关系、发挥数据要素的价值能效、培养中文师生的数字素养。其次,文章勾勒了国际中文教育高质量发展的图景,认为高质量发展在生态、服务、资源和目标四个维度呈现出以韧性和弹性为外化表现、以差异和个性为内在旨归、以开放和公平为价值逻辑、以启智和育能为禀性追求的样态。再次,文章剖析了数字化转型赋能高质量发展的作用机理:筑强教育生态、提供适需服务、有效配置资源、培育新型人才。最后,文章从国际中文教育全局和“三教”出发,提出了强化教育治理、变革教学形态、夯实数字基座和提升数字素养四条实施路径,以期助力国际中文教育的未来创变。

Digital transformation is the preferred path for international Chinese language education to address the dual changes of technology and education, and promoting high-quality development is the new mission of international Chinese language education in the new era. Empowering high-quality development through digital transformation helps international Chinese language education to open up new prospects amidst changing circumstances. In this context, this paper first elaborates on the connotation of digital transformation of international Chinese language education, pointing out four aspects of the "reshaping" role of technology: reconstructing the ecosystem of smart education, forming a mutually beneficial human-machine relationship, leveraging the value efficiency of data elements, and cultivating the digital literacy of Chinese teachers and students. Next, this paper outlines the vision of high-quality development of international Chinese language education, arguing that in four dimensions of ecology, services, resources and goals, high-quality development presents a pattern of resilience and flexibility as external performance, difference and individuality as intrinsic goals, openness and fairness as the value logic, and intellectual enlightenment and capacity building as inherent pursuits. Furthermore, this paper analyzes the mechanisms by which digital transformation empowers high-quality development: strengthening the educational ecosystem, providing tailored services, efficiently allocating resources, and cultivating new talents. Finally, this paper, considering the overall context of international Chinese language education and the "Three Education" domains, proposes four implementation paths, namely, strengthening educational governance, transforming teaching forms, consolidating the digital foundation, and enhancing digital literacy. These paths aim to contribute to the future innovation of international Chinese language education.
