我国正大力推进教育数字化转型,教师无疑是这一转型进程中的关键要素。持续提升教师数字素养,对建设数字时代高素质、专业化教师队伍,加快推进教育数字化具有重要意义。随着《教师数字素养》标准的发布,如何准确测评和有效提升教师数字素养与技能的问题受到广泛关注。文章通过系统梳理数字素养的起源与发展历程,比较分析国际典型指标框架,深入剖析教师数字素养的内涵演进,详细解析《教师数字素养》标准的主要内容,提出分层分类、数智驱动、持续监测的教师数字素养评价路径,为准确把握当前发展水平、科学谋划未来提升路径提供参考。


【英文摘要】:

China is vigorously promoting the digital transformation of education, and teachers are undoubtedly the key element in this transformation process. The continuous improvement of teachers' digital literacy is of great significance to the construction of a high-quality and professional teaching staff in the digital era and the acceleration of the digitization of education. With the release of the standards of Digital Literacy for Teachers, how to accurately assess and effectively improve teachers' digital literacy and skills has attracted wide attention. This paper systematically combs the origin and development history of digital literacy, compares the typical international indicator frameworks, and deeply analyzes the evolution of the connotation of teachers' digital literacy as well as the main contents of the standards of Digital Literacy for Teachers. This paper proposes the evaluation path of teachers' digital literacy which is hierarchical and categorized, driven by digital intelligence, and continuously monitored, providing reference for accurately grasping the current development level and scientifically planning the future improvement path.
