The construction and application of e-Learning space is the core of "Three Connections and Two Platforms" project. The e-Learning space can be used to support interactions among different roles (teachers, students, practical experts, etc.), and provide support for the construction of teachers' teaching community and realization of collaborative teaching. Based on the nature of collaborative teaching, the activities accomplished by more than one teacher, this paper, according to activity theory, proposes a collaborative teaching analysis framework with four dimensions, namely activity context, activity purpose, activity component and activity structure. Then, combined with the characteristics of e-Learning space, after the collaborative teaching models and related cases are analyzed at home and abroad, three typical collaborative teaching models supported by e-Learning space are formed: the helping-and-guiding collaborative teaching model, virtual class collaborative teaching model and the intelligent tutor collaborative teaching model. Finally, corresponding typical cases are described and analyzed.
