信息素养作为信息时代人的核心素养和基本素质,是衡量人才素质及其综合能力的重要指标。目前,信息素养的培养受到世界各国教育界的广泛重视。研究系统梳理了信息素养的理论缘起与内涵,从信息意识、信息知识、信息能力以及信息伦理四个维度阐述了信息素养的构成,同时对信息素养、媒介素养、数据素养等相近或相似概念进行辨析。在深入、细致地考察美国、英国、澳大利亚等欧美发达国家信息素养教育和研究的历史演变和发展趋势的基础上,为我国的信息素养教育特别是高校信息素养教育发展提出如下建议:一是加强信息素养教育顶层设计;二是改革信息素养教育系统谋划;三是加强信息素养教育师资建设;四是创设信息素养教育良好环境。


【英文摘要】:

Information literacy, as a core literacy and basic quality of people in the information age, is a vital indicator in measuring the quality of talents and their comprehensive ability. Nowadays, thecultivation of information literacy has received extensive attention from the field of education all over the world. This paper systematically reviews the theoretical origin and connotation of information literacy, elaborates the composition of information literacy from four dimensions of information consciousness, information knowledge, information ability and information ethics, and also differentiates information literacy, media literacy, data literacy and other similar concepts. Based on the in-depth and detailed investigation of the historical evolution and development trend of information literacy education and research in the US, UK, Australia and other developed countries in Europe and America, this paper puts forward the following suggestions for the development of information literacy education in China, especially information literacy education in colleges and universities: firstly, enhance the top-level design of information literacy education; secondly, reform the systematic planning of information literacy education; thirdly, strengthen the construction of teachers for information literacy education; fourthly, create a favorable environment for information literacy education.
