技术促进教育创新并推动教育现代化,引发了教师教育和教师专业发展新挑战:一方面培训内容发展和演化速度快;另一方面教师也具备垂直领域知识讲授能力,那么如何创新教师教育培训模式是教育现代化过程中面临的新问题。文章以自组织学习理论为基础,基于德尔菲法为培训环节的内容演化过程提供可行的实操性设计,通过分析自组织理论、德尔菲法与教师教育培训的内在契合性,构建了基于德尔菲法的教师教育培训内容演化自组织学习的新型教师教育模式,从开始演化、引发涨落、引起突变、会聚或分叉四个具体实施步骤进行阐述,最后通过某区骨干教师教育培训的实践案例来验证该模式有效性和应用经验。实践案例表明该模式增强了教师教育体系的活力和动力,优化了培训效果,为创新教师教育培训模式提供了理论和实践的参考。


【英文摘要】:

Technology, which promotes educational innovation and modernization, has triggered new challenges in teacher education and teacher professional development. On the one hand, the training content is developing and evolving quickly, and on the other hand, teachers are also equipped with the ability to deliver knowledge in vertical fields. So how to innovate teacher education and training models is a new problem in the process of educational modernization. Based on the self-organizing learning theory, this study provides a feasible and practical design for the content evolution of training links based on the Delphi method. Through the analysis of the self-organizing theory, the Delphi method and the inherent compatibility of teacher education and training, a new teacher education model of self-organizing learning based on the Delphi method for the evolution of teacher education and training content is constructed. The model is elaborated in four specific implementation steps of evolving from the beginning, triggering fluctuations, causing mutations, convergence or bifurcation, and finally the effectiveness and application experience of the model are verified by a practical case of a district's core teacher education and training. The practical case shows that the model enhances the vitality and motivation of the teacher education system, optimizes the training effect, and provides a theoretical and practical reference for innovating teacher education and training models.
