AR等数字技术在童书出版领域的探索与创新应用,颇受行业与研究者关注。研究旨在通过学前儿童AR绘本交互体验影响因素及其作用机制的探究,为提升儿童AR绘本的交互体验设计提供理论支持与实践参考。研究以CAC感知—情感—行为意愿理论模型为基础,采用心理学实验观察和儿童用户体验测量等方法,构建出交互体验影响因素模型,并使用PLS-SEM进行假设检验与模型评估。研究结果显示,交互界面、交互系统、交互功能均正向显著影响感知体验,在AR绘本的市场启动初期“交互功能”是影响交互体验的首要因素。从中可见:通过交互功能多模态感知可提升儿童自发探索与自我成就意愿;适度信息载荷与把握具象审美可形成正向界面感知;交互系统稳定高效可有效避免儿童消极情感与规避意图等,是提升儿童AR绘本用户交互体验的有效路径。


【英文摘要】:

The exploration and innovative application of AR and other digital technologies in the field of children's book publishing have attracted much attention from the industry and researchers. The study aims to provide theoretical support and practical reference for improving the interactive experience design of children's AR picture books through the exploration of the influencing factors of preschool children's AR picture book interactive experience and their mechanisms. Based on the CAC perceptual-emotional-behavioral willingness theoretical model, the study uses psychological experimental observation and children's user experience measurement to construct a model of interactive experience influencing factors, and uses PLS-SEM to conduct hypothesis testing and model evaluation. The results show that the interactive interface, interactive system and interactive function all positively and significantly affect the perceived experience, and the "interactive function" is the most crucial factor affecting the interactive experience at the early stage of the market launch of AR picture books. It can be seen that the multimodal perception of interactive functions can enhance children's willingness to explore spontaneously and achieve self-accomplishment; the moderate information load and the grasp of figurative aesthetics can form a positive interface perception; and the stability and efficiency of the interaction system can effectively avoid children's negative emotions and avoidance intentions, which is an effective way to enhance children's interaction experience of AR picture books.
