翻转式学习作为一种新兴的教学模式逐渐被应用于中国的K-12教育中,但目前我国对此模式的实施尚处于起步阶段,还存在诸多问题,所以需要结合国内现状对此进行研究。文章首先剖析目前国内K-12教育体系存在的弊端,其次对当前实施翻转式学习的机遇和挑战进行分析,最后综合各方面因素提出实施翻转式学习的对策:教学理念的改变是前提;硬件及资源的建设是良好辅助;教师专业能力的提升是关键;学生动力的培养与调动是根本。

Flipping learning, an emerging teaching mode, is gradually applied in K-12 education in China. For the implementation of flipping learning is still in its infancy and many problems still exist, it is necessary to conduct further researches on it combined with the domestic status. This paper firstly analyzes the drawbacks existing in K-12 education in China, and then discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by implementing flipping learning. Finally, countermeasures are put forward to implement flipping learning. The change of teaching philosophy is the premise, and construction of hardware and resources is a good helper. Moreover, teachers' professional development is crucial and cultivation and mobilization of students' motivations are fundamental.
