“网络学习空间人人通”建设服务国家教育信息化整体战略大局,是“三通两平台”工程的核心,是构建网络化、数字化、终身化的教育体系与推动教育教学模式创新的有效途径。研究聚焦职业院校网络学习空间建设与应用现状,采用调查研究、案例分析等方法,梳理了职业院校中网络学习空间建设与应用的现状,同时,挖掘提炼出制约网络学习空间应用的关键问题,主要表现在使用者意识淡薄与能力欠缺、网络学习空间建设与运维不当、软硬件环境配置不足、体制机制需要变革四个方面。基于此,从转变网络学习空间使用者意识、改善网络学习空间应用软硬件环境、提升各角色的网络学习空间应用能力、完善网络学习空间应用保障机制四个维度提出了相应的网络学习空间应用推进策略,旨在为职业院校网络学习空间普及建设、常态化高层次应用提供经验,为管理者制定网络学习空间相关政策、推进网络学习空间应用提供决策参考。


【英文摘要】:

The construction of "cyber learning space for everyone" serves the overall strategic situation of national education informatization, is the core of the "three links and two platforms" project, and is an effective way to construct the network, digital and lifelong education system and promote the innovation of education and teaching mode. Focusing on the current situation of construction and application of cyber learning space in vocational colleges, the study uses investigation, case analysis and other methods to sort out the current situation of construction and application of cyber learning space in vocational colleges. At the same time, key problems restricting space application are explored and extracted, which are mainly manifested in four aspects: users' weak awareness and poor ability, improper space construction, operation and maintenance, insufficient configuration of hardware and software environment, and the need to change Professional Filing and Approval, and 13 universities nationwide have dropped their undergraduate programs in educational technology. This crisis brings challenges to the professional development of educational technology and how to implement new development paths to break through the crisis in the future, which makes every worker in educational technology reflect seriously. This paper proposes to take "normal temperament" as the breakthrough for the construction and development of educational technology specialty, and centers on the four aspects of teacher ethics, teacher knowledge, teacher modeling and teacher competence to form the personnel-training objective of "cultivating normal temperament and promoting excellent growth". New measures will be taken in the development of student ethics, the construction of professional courses, the improvement of teaching ability, the mechanism of collaborative education and the practical training system, so as to gradually improve the quality of personnel training in educational technology. At the same time, it is hoped that those measures can provide reference and inspiration for the construction and development of normal educational technology in local colleges and universities.
