在线学习中深层次学习的发生是教学双方追求的共同目标,为达成这一目标,需要剖析影响深层次学习的因素并深入探讨其内部作用机制。为此,研究从个体、交互、环境三个维度梳理影响因素,提出理论模型及相应假设,根据假设设计测量工具,对470名学习者进行测试和数据分析,同时,结合88名学习者5周在线学习的完整数据对测量结果进行再验证和深入分析。研究发现:(1)在线学习中,环境因素对深层次学习影响最大,个体因素影响较小,简单交互对深层次学习没有直接影响;(2)环境因素对交互因素的影响大于个体因素,环境因素对个体因素具有正向影响,还可以通过个体因素这一中介变量影响交互。以上结论可为在线教学、线上线下混合学习中促进深层次学习策略的实施和教学实践提供依据。

Deep learning in online learning is the ultimate goal pursued by both teaching and learning. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to analyze the factors affecting deep learning and explore its internal mechanism. This study sorts out the influencing factors from three dimensions of individual, interaction and environment and proposes a theoretical model and corresponding hypotheses. Measurement tools based on those hypotheses are designed, and 470 learners are tested and analyzed. At the same time, combined with the complete data of the 5-week online learning of 88 learners, the measured results are re-verified and analyzed deeply. The study finds that (1) in online learning, environmental factors have the greatest impact on deep learning, while individual factors have little impact. Simple interaction has no direct impact on deep learning. (2) environmental factors have a greater impact on interaction factors than individual factors. Environmental factors have a positive impact on individual factors, and can also affect interaction through individual factors as an intermediary variable. The above conclusions can provide a basis for promoting the implementation of deep learning strategies and teaching practice in online teaching and hybrid learning.
