教育智能体在视频课程中的应用,是提升视频课程社会交互性的有效途径之一。然而,如何进行社会线索的设计以满足学习者的个性化需求,仍有待探索。研究采用内容分析方法,梳理了33项实证研究中教育智能体社会线索的设计。分析结果显示,教育智能体的社会线索整体上可划分为动态、静态和语音线索三类。其中,静态社会线索中的性别和年龄,动态社会线索中的表情和手势,以及语音社会线索是近十年研究关注的热点。此外还发现,不同学习者对社会线索的感知可能存在差异,但现有教育智能体的设计很少将学习者的偏好纳入考虑范围内。为了解决这一问题,文章基于内容分析的结果,设计并实现了支持个性化社会线索设计与调节的教育智能体原型系统,为改善视频课程中社会交互功能的设计提供了一种可行的方法。

The employment of the pedagogical agent in video courses is one of the effective ways to enhance social interaction in video courses. However, how to design social cues to meet learners' personalized needs remains to be explored. This paper uses content analysis to sort out the design of social cues of pedagogical agents in 33 empirical studies. The results show that the social cues of pedagogical agents can be divided into three categories: dynamic, static and phonic cues. Among them, gender and age in static social cues, expression and gesture in dynamic social cues, and phonic social cues have been the focuses of research in the past decade. It is also found that different learners may have different perceptions of social cues, but the current design of pedagogical agents seldom takes learners' preferences into account. In order to solve this problem, based on the results of content analysis, a prototype system of pedagogical agents supporting the design and adjustment of personalized social cues is designed and implemented, which provides a feasible method to improve the design of social interaction in video courses.
