    电子阅读对年幼儿童故事理解的影响 ——基于 24篇论文的元分析

图画书阅读对儿童的发展有多方面益处,随着信息技术的变革与发展,图画书的阅读方式更加多元化,儿童早期接触电子阅读媒介越来越普遍。国内外很多研究关注电子阅读对儿童故事理解的影响,然而研究的结果却复杂且不一致,缺少综合量化的分析。本研究采用元分析的方法,对近二十年来国内外关于电子阅读对儿童故事理解影响的24项研究进行量化分析。研究发现,相较于传统的图画书阅读,电子阅读对儿童故事理解具有较小的优势,平均效应值g+=0.204(p=0.032)。通过调节分析发现,只具备多媒体功能的电子故事书对儿童的故事理解具有正向作用,且与传统阅读的故事理解效果有显著性差异。成人伴读对电子阅读的故事理解效果具有显著调节作用。电子阅读对不同社会经济地位、不同学段和不同文化背景儿童的故事理解影响较为一致。未来研究可以进一步探索成人在儿童电子阅读中的作用,以及电子故事书的多媒体和交互性功能对儿童故事理解的具体影响。此外,可以进一步探究电子阅读对儿童词汇学习、语音意识、阅读兴趣与阅读行为等多方面的影响,关注电子阅读对特殊教育需要儿童的作用。

Picture book reading is beneficial to children's development in many aspects. With the change and development of information technology, various ways are used in reading picture books, and today, more and more children are exposed to electronic reading media in early childhood. Many studies at home and abroad have focused on the impact of e-reading on children's story understanding, but the results are complex and inconsistent, lacking comprehensive quantitative analysis. In this study, a meta-analysis is used to conduct a quantitative analysis of 24 studies on the influence of e-reading on children's story comprehension at home and abroad over the past two decades. The study finds that compared with traditional picture book reading, e-reading has a small advantage in children's story understanding, with the average effect value g+=0.204 (P=0.032). Through adjustment analysis, it is found that electronic storybooks with multimedia function only have a positive effect on children's story understanding, which is significantly different from that of traditional reading. Reading accompanied by adults has a significant moderating effect on children's story comprehension. E-reading has similar effects on the understanding of children with different socioeconomic status, different stages and different cultural backgrounds. Future research can further explore the role of adults in children's electronic reading and the specific impact of multimedia and interactive functions of electronic storybooks on children's story understanding. In addition, it is necessary to pay attention to the effects of e-reading on children's vocabulary learning, phonetic awareness, reading interest, reading behavior, and the role of e-reading in children with special educational needs as well.
