西北民族地区基础艺术教育由于教育资源短缺、师资力量匮乏等原因,课程长期存在着开不出、开不全、开不好的现实困境,而“互联网+”艺术支教逐渐成为一种重要的解决途径,但在实践中仍然存在着诸多困境。结合近年来研究者所在学校开展的民族地区“互联网+”艺术支教的实践情况,剖析其中存在的教育资源匮乏、艺术师资短缺、环境保障不足、教学方式单一等困境,提出加大教育资源投入、健全信息化环境条件保障机制、加强教师信息化教学能力培训、讲好新时代各民族文化互鉴融通的艺术故事等解决策略,以期为西北民族地区“互联网+”艺术支教的顺利开展与可持续发展提供参考,助力西北民族地区基础艺术教育更好更快发展。


【英文摘要】:

Due to the shortage of educational resources and teachers in the northwest ethnic areas, the curriculum has long been inaccessible, incomplete and poorly developed. In recent years, "Internet +" art aid education has gradually become an important way to solve the problem, but there are still many difficulties in practice. Combined with the practice of "Internet +" art aid education in ethnic areas carried out by the school where the researcher works in recent years, this paper analyzes the existing difficulties such as lack of educational resources, shortage of art teachers, insufficient environmental protection and single teaching methods. And then, this paper puts forward solutions such as increasing the investment in educational resources, improving the guarantee mechanism of information environment, strengthening the training of teachers' informatization teaching ability, and telling art stories of mutual appreciation and integration of different ethnic cultures in the new era. The aim is to provide reference for the smooth development and sustainable development of "Internet +" art aim education in the northwest ethnic areas, and help the better and faster development of basic art education in the northwest ethnic areas.
