在智慧教育逐渐普及的背景下,学习资源应具备共享性、进化性、个性化和智能化等特点,然而当前面向智慧学习的学习资源进化无法自适应学习者动态调整的学习需求。基于此,文章提出从多目标优化视角综合考虑学习者个性化和智慧化学习过程中对资源的多种需求,建立了一种面向实际智慧学习场景的学习资源进化框架和学习者—资源多目标优化模型,依据学习者的认知水平、媒介类型偏好、学习内容偏好、学习时间预期等需求,进行最优化求解;利用智能优化算法实现学习资源进化过程中的动态调整。

Under the background of the gradual popularization of smart education, learning resources should have the characteristics of sharing, evolution, personalization and intellectualization. However, the evolution of learning resources for intelligent learning cannot adapt to the learners' dynamic adjustments of learning needs. Based on this, this paper proposes to consider learners' multiple demands for resources in the process of personalized and intelligent learning from the perspective of multi-objective optimization, and establishes a framework for the evolution of learning resources and a learner-resource multi-objective optimization model for practical intelligent learning scenarios. According to the requirements of learners' cognitive level, learning preferences, learning content, and time expectations, the optimized solutions are figured out. And the intelligent optimization algorithm is used to achieve the dynamic adjustment of learning resources in the process of evolution .
