    基于数字徽章技术的创业教育评价系统设计

在信息技术与教育教学深度融合的进程中,数字徽章技术在教育改革与教学实践中得到了广泛应用。文章依据数字徽章的技术特点,基于成就需要理论、双因素理论和期望理论,分析了数字徽章系统的设计模型和实施框架,从创业想法培育、创新创业训练、创业项目孵化、企业实际运营等徽章收入的四个来源,创新成果、创业绩效、成果转化和带动就业等奖励支出的四个方面,以及评估判定的三个层级,对双创教育中的课堂教学、项目培育和创业实践活动等多个环节进行有效整合,构建起了高校创新创业教育动态评价体系,以期为高校创新创业教育改革提供新思路和新方法,不断提高创新创业教育的质量和效益。

In the process of deep integration of information technology and education and teaching, digital badge technology has been widely used in education reform and teaching practice. According to the technical characteristics of digital badges and based on achievement need theory, two-factor theory and expectation theory, this paper analyzes the design model and implementation framework of the digital badge system. Then, from four sources of badge income, such as entrepreneurship idea cultivation, innovation and entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship project incubation, and actual operation of enterprises, four aspects of reward expenditures, such as innovation achievements, entrepreneurial performance, achievement transformation and employment promotion, and three levels of evaluation and judgment, this paper effectively integrates multiple links such as classroom teaching, project cultivation and entrepreneurial practice activities in double innovation education, builds a dynamic evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities to provide new ideas and methods for the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
