职业教育领域教学能力比赛在推进国家教学标准落实、技术资源应用、产教融合政策落地等方面的作用日益凸显。该研究以参加省级教学能力比赛全过程体验为基础,探讨了在实践能力培养观的指导下,落实立德树人根本任务、完善专业课程体系、推进教学模式改革、完善评价体系的实践路径。介绍了遵循工作任务逻辑课程组织观,以项目载体重构课程内容,关注学生实践思维、实践能力培养的“三段七环节”项目式教学的实施步骤。从课程思政、校企合作、丰富教学资源、提升学习效果等维度分析了大赛给职业院校教学改革带来的变化,并围绕落实标准、进行评价改革、合理运用技术等进行了深入反思。


【英文摘要】:

The Vocational College Teaching Ability Competition is playing an increasingly prominent role in promoting the implementation of national teaching standards, the application of technical resources and the implementation of policies on the integration of industry and education. Based on the experience of participating in the whole process of provincial teaching ability competition, this study explores the practical path of implementing the fundamental task of moral education, improving the professional curriculum system, promoting the reform of teaching mode and improving the evaluation system under the guidance of the concept of practical ability training. This paper introduces the "three stages and seven links" project-based teaching, which follows the concept of work-task logic curriculum organizational, reconstructs the course content according to the project carrier, and pays attention to the cultivation of students' practical thinking and practical ability. This paper analyzes the changes brought by the competition to the teaching reform of vocational colleges from the perspectives of curriculum ideology and politics, school-enterprise cooperation, enrichment of teaching resources and improvement of learning effects, and reflects on the implementation of standards, evaluation reform and rational use of technology.
