At present, the course construction of maker education is still in its initial stage, and maker education course combined with the profession is relatively rare, which restricts the development of maker education course. In order to cultivate the full-time master of education (Modern Educational Technology), this paper discusses the course design of maker education according to the basic concept of maker education and the elements of course design, and makes a practical exploration based on the LEGO Robot Suit. The research finds that the goal of maker education course is to cultivate students' innovative ability in education and teaching practice and research; the curriculum resources should be developed and utilized in accordance with the principles of openness, economy, pertinence and individuality; the course activities should be based on the project, and designed according to the ideas of "learning", "doing" and "creation"; curriculum evaluation should emphasize the combination of process evaluation and summative evaluation, and pays attention to the diversity of evaluation subjects and evaluation content.
