With the development of technology such as big data and artificial intelligence in the field of education, the development of teachers' information literacy is not only the demand of the "Internet +" era, but also an important measure to realize the construction of high-quality and professional teachers. In order to grasp the status quo of teachers' information literacy accurately in China and provide a decision-making basis for the comprehensive and efficient improvement of teachers' information literacy, this study constructs a set of evaluation index system of information literacy for K-12 teachers on the basis of the in-depth comparative analysis of relevant standards, frameworks and research results at home and abroad. 5820 primary and secondary school teachers in X province in Eastern China are taken as the research objects and an empirical research is carried out. The comprehensive index method is used to measure the information literacy index of K-12 teachers. This study analyzes the development status and differences of teachers' information literacy, and puts forward some proposals for further development, including cultivating the awareness of information innovation, improving the level of information management, enhancing the security of information application and paying attention to the vulnerable groups such as rural teachers.
