    《师范生信息化教学能力标准》解读

2018年6月29日,教育部—中移动“师范生信息化教学能力标准与培养模式实证研究”课题组颁布了研究成果《师范生信息化教学能力标准》。在过去两年多的时间里,课题组汇集来自六所师范院校的20余名教育领域专家组成标准核心研制工作组,采用“理论探讨+实证验证”多次迭代的方法产出了此研究成果,对于规范和引导我国师范生信息化教学能力培养具有重要意义。文章将从以下几个方面来解读这一标准:标准出台的背景、标准研制的原则与思路、标准研制的理论依据、标准的框架和基本内容、标准有效实施的建议方向与路径。期望对于教育技术、教师发展的专业研究者,以及高等师范院校理解标准、实施标准起到指导作用。


【英文摘要】:

In June 12, 2018, a research group of the project "Empirical Research on ICT Teaching Competency Standards and Cultivation Modes for Pre-service Teachers" (sponsored by the Ministry of Education and China Mobile) promulgated The ICT Teaching Competency Standards for Pre-service Teachers, which is of great significance to standardize and guide the training of ICT teaching competency of pre-service teachers in China. The Standards is the collaborative contribution of more than 20 experts from six normal universities in the past two years, who have adopted iterative methods of theoretical exploration and empirical verification. This paper interprets the Standards from the background, the principles and ideas, the theoretical basis, the framework, the basic content and suggestions for effective implementation of the Standards. It is expected that the Standards is conducive for researchers in the fields of educational technology and teacher education, and the normal universities to understand and implement the Standards as well.
