    组织变革视域下高校领导者信息化 领导力模型实证研究

基于组织变革视域,采用实证研究方法,开发“高校领导者信息化领导力测评工具”,构建组织变革视域下的高校领导者信息化领导力模型。高校领导者在组织变革解冻、变革、再冻结三阶段,需具备信息素养、信息化引领能力、信息化变革能力、信息化评价能力和信息化文化建设能力,这些要素之间的相互作用关系为:(1)信息素养直接正向影响信息化引领能力;(2)信息化引领能力直接正向影响信息化变革能力、信息化评价能力、信息化文化建设能力;(3)信息化变革能力、信息化评价能力直接正向影响信息化文化建设能力。为促进高校领导者信息化领导力的发展,国家层面应加强宏观引导、多管齐下、多措并举;高校层面应加强横向沟通交流,实现借鉴与超越;个体层面应建立终身学习理念,提升对信息化的价值认知、技术认知和高校信息化实践能力。


【英文摘要】:

Based on the perspective of organizational change, this paper adopts the empirical research method to develop "information leadership assessment tool for university leaders", and constructs the informatization leadership model of university leaders. In the three stages of organizational change of thawing, transformation and refreezing, university leaders need to have information literacy, informatization leadership, informatization transformation ability, informatization evaluation ability and informatization culture construction ability. Their interactions are as follows: (1) Information literacy has a direct and positive impact on informatization leadership. (2) Informatization leadership has a direct and positive impact on informatization transformation ability, informatization evaluation ability and informatization culture construction ability. (3) The informatization transformation ability and informatization evaluation ability have a direct and positive impact on the informatization culture construction ability. In order to promote the development of informatization leadership of university leaders, at the national level, we should strengthen macro-guidance, adopt a multi-pronged approach and adopt multiple measures. At the university level, we should strengthen the horizontal communication to learn from and go beyond what has been done. At the individual level, the concept of lifelong learning should be established to enhance the value cognition, technical cognition and practice ability of university informatization.
