移动信息技术的快速发展使得传统的学习环境发生了巨大变化,走向了虚拟数字化环境和现实物理环境的逐步融合。在这种混合式学习环境中,以测量为核心的“数据驱动教学”强调基于数据的教育决策与干预。文章对学习干预的概念进行了梳理,利用“AGIL”理论提出“数据驱动的动态学习干预系统分析设计框架”,并根据该框架构建了教育云环境下数据驱动的动态学习干预系统,形成了以层级式的干预反应为运行机制,从而协调干预目标系统、干预环境系统、干预运行系统之间的数据有序流转,构建了基于数据驱动的精准化、层级化学习干预系统模型。数据驱动的学习干预系统是一个众多因素整合而成的复杂系统,各要素并非简单的功能堆砌与叠加,研究将教育云环境下动态学习干预环境与所创建的理论相结合,形成了具有理论指导的学习干预实践体系,对研究解决如何有效地在教学中实现基于数据的、动态化的学习干预进行了理论与实践的探索。

With the rapid development of mobile information technology, the traditional learning environment has undergone great changes, which has led to the gradual convergence of virtual digital environment and real physical environment. In this hybrid learning environment, "data-driven teaching" with measurement at its core emphasizes data-based educational decision-making and intervention. This paper reviews the concept of learning intervention, and proposes the "analysis and design framework of data-driven dynamic learning intervention system" by using the "AGIL" theory. According to this framework, a data-driven dynamic learning intervention system in an educational cloud environment is built, A hierarchical intervention response is formed to coordinate the orderly flow of data among the intervention target system, the intervention environment system and the intervention operating system. A data-driven model of a precise and hierarchical learning intervention system is constructed. The data-driven learning intervention system is a complex system, which is composed of many factors, and those factors are not simply functionally stacked and superimposed. The study combines the dynamic learning intervention environment in the educational cloud environment with the established theories to form a learning intervention practice system with theoretical guidance, which provides a theoretical and practical explorations on how to effectively realize data-based and dynamic learning interventions in teaching and learning.
