【中文摘要】:

文章以“山东省潍坊市潍坊高新区靠谱COP项目”中的校本研修团队为研究对象,运用内容分析法、视频案例分析法及统计分析法,对基于知识转移的校本研修的模式和效果进行探讨。研究发现:基于知识转移的校本研修能够促进校本研修团队实践性知识的增长和课堂教学行为的改进,实现学校与教师的协同发展。研究结果为创新校本研修模式,提高校本研修效果,促进教师专业发展提供了具体的经验和反思。


【英文摘要】:

Taking “The COP Project of Shandong Weifang High Technology Development Zone” as the research object and using content analysis, video content analysis and statistical analysis, this study investigates a school-based research model and its effects based on knowledge transfer. The study finds that the model can promote the growth of practical knowledge of school-based research team and improve their teaching behaviors, and finally helps to realize the synergetic development of the school and teachers. This study provides specific experience and reflections for the innovation of school-based research mode, the improvement of the effectiveness of school-based research and teachers’ professional development.
