In technology-enriched environment, classroom teaching research needs to focus on how teachers and students use technology to engage in learning, and video analysis provides a means of deconstructing learning activities. Guided by activity theory and activity pentagon, this study elaborates the hierarchical structure and forms an analysis framework of learning activity in e-Schoolbag environment. This study chooses 14 excellent cases from Minghang e-Schoolbag Program, disassembles classroom continuous events into activity fragments, and then analyzes them with the above-mentioned framework. Then the design of learning activity is described in operation, behavior, and typical behavior sequence, which provides references in practice. In detail, the operation for different objects can be mapped into three categories: collecting information, processing information, and sharing results. The behaviors include presentation, drill/practice, getting feedback etc. 6 typical behavior sequences are generalized as follows: quiz-based learning, sharing-based discussing, resource-based learning, learning based on e-Textbook, learning based on content creation, and research-based learning.
