Education is moving towards the "Internet +" era, and the deep integration of the Internet and education has become an important trend of educational reform in the future. Therefore, it is of great significance to clarify and reshape the structure of teachers' professionalism. This paper analyzes the changes and challenges faced by teachers in teaching paradigm, learning style, teaching environment, educational management, evaluation model and teacher professional development under the new normal of "Internet +", and expounds the structure of teachers' professionalism from the perspective of ecology. Finally, this paper puts forward a training path for teachers' professional qualities in the "Internet +" era, which is composed of a concept (education returning to the source), two strategies (strengthening training and learning), three skills ("loving business" "numbering business" and "trusting business"), and four platforms (promoting the ecological environment of "smart campus" with multiple collaboration , building a resource model of multi-dimensional, co-creation, sharing, and service, and constructing a hierarchical teaching model and carrying out hybrid learning model).
