现代教育技术专业硕士研究生社会市场需求侧与人才供给侧的矛盾,使得现代教育技术专业的发展面临严峻挑战。研究从社会对现代教育技术专业硕士的职业需求和能力要求出发,以中小学信息技术教师、中小学信息化学科教师、教学设计师、行业培训师及信息化管理人员等热门就业方向为例,针对目前现代教育技术专业存在的课程结构失调、学生能力不专等方面的问题,以能力需求为导向,进行知识需求与课程设置的探索,提出了能力与知识并重的现代教育技术专业知能课程体系,以增强现代教育技术专业硕士研究生未来就业的竞争力,满足社会市场需求,解决人才供给的矛盾。


【英文摘要】:

The development of modern educational technology faces severe challenges caused by the contradiction between social market demands and talent supply of professional masters. From occupational demands and competency requirements of professional masters of modern educational technology in society,aiming at solving the problems including imbalance of curriculum structure, students’ unprofessional abilities, this paper takes hot careers such as teachers of information technology in primary and secondary schools, information-based subject teachers in primary and secondary schools, instructional designers, industry trainers and information management personnel as examples, explores the understanding of knowledge demands and curriculum design based on competency requirements, and then proposes a knowledgeable curriculum system of modern educational technology, which emphasizes both competency and knowledge in order to enhance future competitiveness of professional masters, meet social market demands and solve the contradiction of talent supply.
