    面向高等教育创新人才核心素养培养的 慕课应用模式研究 ——基于中国24个地区1449份样本的调查分析

慕课为终身教育和创新人才培养提供了新的契机。本研究通过国内外文献综述、中国24个地区136所高校的1449份样本调查与论证,以大学生为研究群体,从“慕课资源—课程团队—学习用户—教学环境”的教育传播维度,建构了面向创新人才核心素养培养的慕课应用模式:打造基于慕课跨文化、跨学校、跨学科的优质资源支撑和国际交流平台—构建基于慕课的创新思维与实践能力培养体系—完善基于慕课的创新人才动力支持与保障机制,结合国情,从“协调各方能力分层建设慕课或私播课、顶层设计与评估、校企共建技能型慕课、动力与激励机制”等方面对在线开放课程建设提出建议,以期推进慕课对“互联网+”时代高等教育创新人才培养的影响力与能见度。


【英文摘要】:

Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have provided a new opportunity for lifelong learning and innovative talent cultivation. A total of 1449 college students from 136 colleges and universities in 24 areas are involved in this study. Based on literature review at home and abroad, this study constructs an application mode of MOOCs to develop key competencies of innovative talents from the perspective of educational communication (i.e., Resource, Team, Learner and Environment). This model,based on MOOCs, aims at building a high-quality resource support and international exchange platform to support cross-cultural, cross-school and interdisciplinary education; constructing a training system for the cultivation of creative thinking and practical ability; improving the dynamic support and guarantee mechanism for innovative talents. Combined with national conditions and based on coordinating the ability of all parties to build MOOCs or SPOCs, top level design and evaluation, skilled MOOCs built by schools and enterprises, power and incentive mechanism, the study puts forward suggestions for the construction of MOOCs for the purpose of promoting the influence and visibility of MOOCs in cultivation of innovative talents in higher education in "Internet +" era.
