    在线教育资源在中西部农村中小学课后服务中的利用现状与优化

文章通过扎根理论研究方法,发现农村中小学在开展课后服务在线教育资源的利用方面存在如下问题:(1)资源供给主体单一,供给场域封闭;(2)渠道端薄弱,地方性免费在线教育资源和优质学校网络平台缺乏;(3)资源矩阵群汇聚效应不高,个性化资源不够丰富;(4)资源接入端配置偏低,师生“触网”能力较弱;(5)在线学习体验较差,服务端意见无法得到有效反馈。改进建议:(1)完善在线教育资源供给制度和机制建设,营造开放的在线教育资源供给场域;(2)打造各级各类在线教育平台,夯实在线教育资源渠道端;(3)丰富在线教育资源,提升在线教育资源矩阵群的汇聚效应;(4)改善学生“触网”条件,提升在线教育资源接入端网络负载能力;(5)重视在线教育资源服务端的意见反馈,提升学习者线上学习体验。

Through the grounded theory research method, this paper finds several existing problems in the utilization of online educational resources in after-school services of rural primary and secondary schools: (1) the resource supply subject is single and the supply field is closed; (2) The channel end is weak and there is a lack of local free online educational resources and high-quality school network platform; (3) the aggregation effect of the resource matrix group is not high, and personalized resources are not abundant; (4) the configuration of the resource access terminal is low, and the "network access" ability of teachers and students is weak; (5) the online learning experience is poor, and the opinions of the server cannot be effectively fed back. Suggestions for improvement are as follows: (1) improving the construction of online resource supply system and mechanism, and creating an open online resource supply field; (2)building all kinds of online education platforms at all levels, and consolidating the channel end of online educational resources; (3) enriching online educational resources, and enhancing the convergence effect of online education resource matrix group; (4) improving conditions of students' "Internet access", and improving the network load capacity of the access terminal of online educational resources; (5) paying attention to the feedback of online education resource server, and improving learners' online learning experience.
