Knowledge building is based on learners' original curiosity or interest. If the interaction can be established effectively between the learners, it will broaden the learner's inquiry space greatly. Conflicting views are inevitable in effective interaction, and to some extent, functional conflicts with positive effects can promote it. However, learners always try to avoid expressing disagreements to others in online learning community, which reduces functional conflicts and affects the effectiveness of interaction indirectly. Arousing of functional conflict needs intentional guidance. The collaborative scripts has the properties of guidance and objective. So, it is introduced into the process of knowledge building and unstructured to enhance the flexibility of application. With the supporting of semi-structured collaborative scripts, the number of controversial views increased, and the quality of interaction had been improved. Surprisingly, the learners' community responsibility had also been elevated.
