2020年因新冠肺炎疫情,我国教育系统打响了一场“停课不停学”的攻坚战。研究依托深圳市11个区公办中小学校学科教师在线教学实践,基于Online-EPS模型,采用问卷调查和深度访谈法,在分析深圳市中小学在线教学实践现状的基础上,深入挖掘教师开展在线教学实践过程中所积累的实战经验。研究发现,良好的在线教学环境能够为教师开展在线教学提供有力保障,在线教学各要素设计中,目标设计要小而精、具体且易于评估;内容设计要精细、增加趣味性,适当融入前沿热点专题内容;活动设计要缩短讲课时长,强化学生自主学习环节,但需积极关注学生学习状态;评价设计需充分利用技术工具,强调多元评价等。另外,从在线教学整体效果、在线教学整体满意度及教师在线教学能力自我评估来看,教师在线教学能力,尤其是在线教学设计能力、技术应用能力等仍需进一步提升。


【英文摘要】:

In 2020, China has launched "classes suspended but learning continues" due to the COVID-19 epidemic. The study relies on the online teaching practices of subject teachers in public primary and secondary schools in 11 districts of Shenzhen. Based on the Online-EPS model, the study uses the questionnaire survey and in-depth interviews to analyze the current situation of online teaching practices in primary and secondary schools in Shenzhen, and to explore the practical experience accumulated by teachers in the process of online teaching practice. The study finds that a good online teaching environment can provide a strong guarantee for teachers to carry out online teaching. In the design of each element of online teaching, the objectives should be designed as small, specific and easy to assess. The content should be refined and interesting, and properly integrate the cutting-edge topical one. The activity should be designed to shorten the length of lectures and strengthen students' self-regulated learning, but attention should be paid to student's learning status. The evaluation should make full use of the support of technical tools and emphasize multiple evaluation. In addition, judging from the overall effect of online teaching, the overall satisfaction of online teaching and the self-assessment of teachers' online teaching ability, teachers' online teaching ability, especially the ability of online teaching design and technology application, still need to be further improved.
