    在线教育中情感研究现状和发展趋势探析

情感研究是当前在线教育中的重要研究问题,涉及的领域十分广泛。研究力图对在线教育中情感领域的研究进行系统的总结和归纳,从而更好地促进在线教育的发展。研究通过文献计量法和内容分析法,以近十年来发表在国内外核心期刊上关于在线教育领域情感研究的235篇文献为研究对象,对其研究主题、研究场景、研究对象、研究方法等进行统计分析,并从情感分析、情感参与、情感交互、情感设计等方面对相关研究热点进行深入剖析。在此基础上,从聚焦即时智能化的情感时序性研究、深度探究多元因素的协同作用机制、提高情感分析算法的准确性和可解释性、扩大情感的研究场景和研究群体范围、加强情感设计和情感系统的应用与效果评价等五个方面对相关领域的研究提出了建议,以期更好地促进学习者在线情感投入,提升在线学习质量。


【英文摘要】:

Emotion is an important research issue in online education, which involves a wide range of fields. This paper attempts to systematically summarize the research on emotion in online education, so as to better promote the development of online education. Through bibliometric method and content analysis method, 235 papers published in core journals at home and abroad in the past ten years on emotion research in the field of online education are taken as research objects, and their research themes, research scenarios, research objects and research methods are statistically analyzed. And the relevant research hot issues are deeply analyzed from the emotional analysis, emotional engagement, emotional interaction, emotional design and other aspects. On this basis, suggestions are put forward for the research in related fields from five aspects: focusing on emotional timing research of instant intelligence, exploring the synergistic mechanism of multiple factors deeply, improving the accuracy and interpretability of sentiment analysis algorithm, expanding the emotional research scene and the scope of study groups, and strengthening the emotional design and the application and effect evaluation of emotion system, in order to better promote learners' online emotional engagement and enhance the quality of online learning.
