    疫情期间高校在线教学实施特征与启示 ——基于在线教学质量报告和在线教学案例的分析

新冠肺炎疫情防控期间的高校大规模在线教学实践,为常态化疫情防控背景下高校开展在线教学、线上线下混合式教学提供了重要借鉴。研究在分析88所高校在线教学质量报告和16个高校在线教学典型案例的基础上,总结了疫情防控期间高校在线教学的实施特征,即顶层设计科学前瞻,基层落实方案先行;校内校外协同联动,部门合力推进落实;引入资源丰富多样,自建资源有效补充;教学平台按需组合,教学方式灵活多样;教学支持即时高效,学习支持全面周到;过程监测方式多样,及时改进保障质量。同时提出,后疫情时代,既要以疫情期间的在线教学实践为“尺”,客观度量教育信息化发展成效,补齐短板,夯实在线教学基础;还要以疫情期间的在线教学实践为“机”,深入探索混合式教学实施规律,趁热打铁,推进高校教学改革。


【英文摘要】:

The practice of large-scale online teaching in colleges and universities during COVID-19 prevention and control provides an important reference for colleges and universities to carry out online teaching and blended teaching in the context of normalized epidemic prevention and control. Based on the analysis of online teaching quality reports from 88 colleges and universities and 16 typical online teaching cases, the implementation characteristics of online teaching in colleges and universities during the epidemic prevention and control period are summarized as follows: the top-level design is scientific and forward-looking, and the plan for the primary-level implementation goes first; departments inside and outside school work together to promote the implementation; the abundant and diverse resources are introduced, and self-built resources are effectively supplemented; the teaching platform is combined according to the need, while the teaching methods are flexible and varied; the teaching support is immediate and efficient, and the learning support is comprehensive and considerate; and there are various ways of process monitoring to improve and guarantee the quality in time. At the same time, it is proposed that in the post-epidemic era, the online teaching practice should be taken as the "ruler" to objectively measure the effectiveness of the development of education informatization, make up for the shortcomings and consolidate the foundation of online teaching. It is also necessary to take the online teaching practice as an "opportunity" to deeply explore the implementation rules of blended teaching, take the chance to promote the teaching reform in colleges and universities.
