现有对教育数据挖掘(EDM)的应用研究多从技术角度出发探究实施有效性或应用创新性,缺少从用户视角对教育数据挖掘主体用户的深入分析。为了遵循教育应用问题研究“来自于教育、回归于教育”的本质要求,文章借鉴软件工程领域的“瀑布模型”设计了“以用户为中心”的EDM应用研究框架,采用分析法分析不同教育场景下、不同教育用户对EDM应用的情感意愿和功能需求,运用对比法研究不同数据挖掘技术对EDM应用实现的支持方式,构建用户体验评估体系检验用户对EDM应用的体验效果满意度。研究结果提供了一个“用户驱动”的完整的EDM应用研究流程,拓展了EDM应用研究的范畴,为实现精准教育服务目标提供了有效的实施路径和坚实的理论支撑。


【英文摘要】:

The existing application research on educational data mining (EDM) mainly explores the effectiveness of implementation or application innovation from the technical point of view, and lacks in-depth analysis of the main users of educational data mining from users' perspective. In order to follow the essential requirements of "coming from education and returning to education" in the study of educational application, this paper designs a "user-centered" EDM application research framework by using the "waterfall model" in software engineering, and analyzes the emotional intentions and functional requirements of different educational users to EDM application in different educational scenes through analytical method. The comparative method is used to study the supporting methods of different data mining technologies to EDM application and builds a user experience evaluation system to verify the user's satisfaction with the experience effect of EDM application. The research results provide a complete "user-driven" EDM application research process, which extends the scope of EDM application research, provides a solid theoretical support and effective implementation path for achieving the goal of precision education service.
