With the rapid advancement of educational informatization and new perspectives brought about by educational innovations, the development of informationization in vocational education has gradually gained wide recognition and attention. A literature analysis method is adopted in the study. Through the interpretation and analysis of policies, regulations, and other information related to the informatization of vocational education at different stages, the policy yearbook is constructed, and the policies, regulations, departmental rules, and documentation of each stage of the yearbook are reflected. As a result, it has been found that there are basically four stages in the development track of vocational education informatization in China : budding, steady increase, rapid growth, innovation and development, which goes from the shallow to the deep. In addition, the informationization of vocational education in China should face challenges, skillfully grasp opportunities, and make full use of technical trends to promote overall progress. As a microcosm of informationization of vocational education, the yearbook draws a vivid picture for the development of vocational education informatization in China, which attaches importance to vocational education, improves the national information literacy, and promotes educational equity.
