信息化是国家的大事,教育信息化是教育部门的大业。“十一五”“十二五”期间国家出台了多项政策与规划,指导教育信息化事业建设与发展。为了促进教育信息化发展,文章从信息、信息技术观点,引导我们正确认识教育信息化的本质含义。从系统理论观点,要产—学—研结合才能促进教育信息化产业与事业发展,在教育中引进信息科学理论,建立与教育事业相适应的信息化大教育科学体系。教育信息化是一项永恒的事业,信息化教育是一门永恒的、现代化的、科学化的教育学科。我们要积极践行教育信息化,促进教育信息化产业、事业、学科全面发展。


【英文摘要】:

Informationization is a national event, and education informationization is the great cause of educational department. During the 11th and 12th five-year plan period, the country has issued a number of policies and plans to guide the construction and development of education informationization. In order to promote the development of education informationization, the paper helps us to understand the essence of education informationization correctly from the perspective of information and information technology. Based on system theory, the combination of production, learning and research can promote the development of education informationization. It is necessary to introduce information science theory in education and establish an information-based education science system adapted to the cause. Education informationization is an eternal enterprise, and informational education is an eternal, modern, scientific education. We should practice education informationization actively and promote the comprehensive development of industry, cause and discipline of education informationization.
