反馈作为交互式教学视频的重要环节,对学习者视频学习的情绪状态和学习效果的影响不容忽视。为了探究不同形式反馈(证实性、指导性)的情绪设计(中性、积极)对视频学习的影响机制,借助情绪测试仪、眼动仪、问卷和测试题对112名被试的情绪状态、视觉认知过程、学习体验与效果进行了跟踪测试。结果表明:指导性反馈比证实性反馈更有利于激发学习者的积极情绪,且能有效引导学习者的视觉认知加工、分配更多的注意力到关键区域,进而提升学习的质量;对反馈进行积极的情绪设计不仅能有效诱发学习者的积极情绪,还能增加相关认知负荷,使其投入更多的认知资源;指导性反馈与积极情绪设计的组合更能显著提升整体学习效果。据此,提出反馈设计的三条优化策略,旨在为改善视频学习的情绪体验和效果提供参考和借鉴。


【英文摘要】:

Feedback, as an important part of interactive instructional video, has a significant impact on learners' emotional state and their learning outcomes. In order to explore the influence mechanism of the emotional design (neutral, positive) of different forms of feedback (confirmatory, instructional) on video-based learning, the emotional state, visual cognitive process, learning experience and effect of 112 subjects are tracked with the help of an emotion tester, an eye tracker, questionnaires and test questions. The results show that the instructional feedback is more beneficial to stimulate learners' positive emotions than the confirmatory feedback, and can effectively guide the learners' visual cognitive processing, allocating more attention to key areas, and thus increase the amount of learning. Positive emotional design of feedback can not only effectively elicit learners' positive emotions, but also increase the related cognitive load and make them invest more cognitive resources. The combination of instructional feedback and positive emotion design can significantly improve the overall learning effect. Accordingly, three strategies for optimizing feedback design are proposed, with the aim of providing reference for improving the emotional experience and effectiveness of video-based learning.
