In order to explore the normalized professional development path of teachers in the era of "Internet +" from the perspective of cultural ecology, this study, guided by the theory of self-determination, focuses on primary school teachers. Taking knowledge sharing motivation, technology application efficacy and interpersonal relationship as the observation points, this study discusses the influencing factors and forming paths of informatization leadership behavior of primary school teachers from the perspectives of autonomy, competence and relationship. The results show that knowledge sharing motivation has a positive predictive effect on the informatization leadership behavior of primary school teachers, but it is not statistically significant. The technology application efficacy has a positive predictive effect on the informatization leadership behavior of primary school teachers, which is statistically significant. The interpersonal relationship has a weak positive predictive effect. Positive interpersonal relationship serves as the basic guarantee for the informatization leadership behavior of primary school teachers, knowledge sharing motivation is the power guarantee, and technology application efficacy is the condition guarantee.
