学习工厂是工业4.0时代技能人才培养的新模式。研究在对学习工厂的源起、内涵、形态与功能演进进行系统阐述的基础上,认为学习工厂遵循“顺应时代之需,强调复杂思维”的人才培养理念,课程结构设计强调“纵向贯通、横向交叉、行动导向”,学习方式具有“过程学习、项目学习、问题学习与数字化学习”的特点,增进了高技能人才培养的广度与深度。借鉴学习工厂模式,研究提出高技能人才培养模式的改革建议:一是面向实践、育人为本,培养创新和应对复杂工作情境的能力;二是系统设计、强化合作,深化产教融合育人新机制;三是学科交叉、转变角色,创新课程结构设计与教学方式;四是需求导向、智能评价,实现能力评价的可视化与多元化。


【英文摘要】:

Learning factory is a new model of skilled talent training in the era of industry 4.0. On the basis of systematic elaboration of the origin, connotation, form and function evolution of the learning factory, the study concludes that the learning factory follows the talent training concept of "conforming to the needs of the times and emphasizing complex thinking", the design of the course structure emphasizes "vertical coherence, horizontal cross-cutting and action orientation", and the learning style is characterized by " process learning, project-based learning, problem-based learning and digital learning", which enhances the breadth and depth of highly skilled talent training. Drawing on the learning factory model, the study puts forward some suggestions for the reform of the training model for highly skilled talents: the first is to cultivate the ability to innovate and cope with complex working situations, which is oriented to practice and education, and the second is to deepen the new mechanism of integration of production and education, which is designed systematically and strengthens cooperation. The third is to innovate the structural design and teaching methods of the curriculum, which is cross-disciplinary and role-shifting, and the fourth is to realize the visualization and diversification of competence evaluation, which is demand-oriented and intelligently evaluated.
