The development of educational informatization is also the process of practicing relevant policies. Since the reform and opening up, the policy of educational informatization in China has been carried out with distinctive Chinese characteristics. Firstly, the policy development is oriented by the top policy of educational reform and development in China, and the main body of policy-making and release is increasingly diversified. Secondly, the policy goal with diversified structure is to take equity and quality as the core value. Thirdly, the policy design, taking the administrative promotion as the main means and the engineering project as the important form, adopts the "pilot first" promotion strategy. In the new development stage, educational informatization in China will change from the supplement and improvement of the current educational system to the construction of a new educational form that meets the needs of the development of information society. It is necessary to strengthen the support of theoretical research, improve the coordination mechanism, construct the policy system of educational informatization and pay more attention to the incentive policy. It is also important to establish a multiparty assisting development mechanism and strengthen the continuity and coherence of policies.
