教育数字化转型是教育领域全面吹响数字化征程的号角,深入推进教育高质量发展的重要引擎和关键路径。乡村教师作为乡村教育数字化转型的关键力量,深入挖掘乡村教师的焦虑情绪及其动因对教育数字化转型的实践落地和生根发展具有重要的意义。由于乡村教师的焦虑形态属于普遍共性问题,文章以内在本质和外在表现两个方面梳理乡村教师在教育数字化转型中的形态;从乡土文化不适、数字化困境和内生发展不足三个方面深入挖掘乡村教师焦虑形成的动因;从抓统筹以建立复合式监管、赋能数字化就绪度、加强乡村教师的“自我导向学习”三种措施入手,提出了教育数字化转型中乡村教师焦虑的消解对策,以此助推乡村教师适应教育数字化转型的要求,促进乡村教师队伍的高质量发展。


【英文摘要】:

The digital transformation of education is the development of Chinese-style modernization in theory and practice, and it is the horn of a comprehensive digital journey in the field of education. As the key force in the digital transformation of rural education, it is of great significance to dig deep into the anxiety of rural teachers and its motivation for the practice and development of the digital transformation of education. Because the anxiety form of rural teachers is a universal problem, this paper combs the form of rural teachers in the digital transformation of education in terms of internal essence and external performance. Then, this paper explores the causes of rural teachers' anxiety from the three aspects of discomfort of local culture, digital predicament and insufficient endogenous development. Finally, starting from three measures of establishing compound supervision by focusing on overall planning, empowering digital readiness, and strengthening rural teachers'
