ith the advent of the era of "Internet +", online teaching is not only applied in traditional colleges and universities, but also emerges in the education and teaching of primary and secondary schools. In this study, 40 junior high school students are selected to conduct a semester-long blended teaching practice for peer assessment of Chinese composition in junior high school, and the application of peer assessment in blended teaching is discussed. Under the guidance of knowledge construction theory, the research adopts action research, designs and constructs a process for the application of peer assessment of composition in blended teaching with a "view-centered" approach to reform the composition teaching in junior high school. The results show that the blended teaching of peer assessment of composition is helpful to promote students' interest in writing, to contribute to the improvement of students' writing level and to enrich and extend the composition teaching in junior high school. The study is an application of the deep integration of information technology and Chinese composition teaching under the environment of
"Internet+", which will have a certain impact on the reform of Chinese composition teaching in junior high schools.
