在教育大数据和学习分析受到广泛重视和研究的背景下,文章以数字化学习环境下的个体学习者特征为研究对象,采用模型构建方法、统计分析方法、实证方法、归纳法与演绎法,对基于个体学习者模型建模方法进行了深入研究,并提出了基于个体学习者模型的学习效果评估框架。研究发现:(1)从概念模型、架构模型和实现模型的多视图视角构建学习者模型是确保学习效果评估的前提和必要途径;(2)针对个体学习者模型研究了学习效果评估框架,归纳出学习效果评估模型及各子模型的评估指标体系;(3)基于上述学习效果评估框架进行了实证研究,相关实证内容涉及个体学习者学习效果评估模型的相关性和准确性,通过与学习者实际学习效果相比较,对实证模型的准确性进行了客观评价。


【英文摘要】:

Under the background that educational big data and learning analytics are widely valued and studied, this paper taking the characteristics of individual learners in the digital learning environment as research objects, studies the modeling building method based on individual learner deeply and then proposes a learning effect evaluation framework based on individual learner model by using the modeling building method, statistical analysis method, empirical method and induction and deduction. The study finds: (1) building learner models from a multi-view perspective of conceptual models, architectural models and implementation models is a prerequisite and necessary approach to ensure the evaluation of learning effect; (2) the learning effect evaluation framework for individual learner model is studied and the evaluation index system of the learning effect evaluation model and each sub-model are concluded; (3) an empirical study is conducted according to the learning effect evaluation framework proposed. Relevant empirical contents involve the correlation and accuracy of the learning effect evaluation model for individual learner. Finally, the accuracy of the empirical model is evaluated objectively by comparing with the actual learning effects of learners.
