生成式人工智能的快速发展正在重构教育生态系统,传统整合技术的学科教学知识框架(简称TPACK框架)由于其技术工具论倾向、境脉适应单向、伦理响应滞后及价值引领缺失等缺陷,难以有效支撑“人机共生”时代教师知识体系的革新需求。通过文献研究和理论推演,文章系统阐释了教师TPACK框架从工具整合向境脉适配、智能增强、伦理融入、育人回归的范式演进脉络。基于中国政策语境,构建了“育人统领—以人为本—智能协同—境脉循证—伦理内嵌”有机统一的GHEX-IPACK知识框架,提出了五条实践进路:构建数据贯通式评价体系、创新循证导向研修模式、建立技术驱动发展机制、完善多级伦理治理体系、培育多元协同创新生态,为人工智能时代的教师专业发展提供兼具理论前瞻性与本土适切性的范式框架。


【英文摘要】:

The rapid development of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) is reconstructing the education ecosystem, and the traditional Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) framework struggles to effectively support the innovation requirements of teachers' knowledge systems in the era of "human-machine symbiosis", due to its defects such as the tendency of technological instrumentalism, unidirectional contextual adaptation, lagging ethical response, and lack of value leadership. Through literature research and theoretical deduction, the study systematically elaborates the paradigm evolution of teacher's TPACK framework from tool integration to context adaption, intelligence enhancement, ethical integration, and a return to education. Within China's policy context, the study constructs an organically unified GHEX-IPACK knowledge framework featuring "education-oriented leadership, people-centered approach, intelligent collaboration, context-based evidence, and ethical embedding". Additionally, the study further proposes five ways forward: constructing a data-integrated evaluation system, innovating evidence-oriented research and training models, establishing technology-driven development mechanisms, improving multilevel ethical governance systems, and fostering a multifaceted collaborative innovation ecosystem, which provides a theoretically forward-looking and contextually relevant paradigm framework for teachers' professional development in the era of artificial intelligence.
