    乡村教师数字素养鸿沟的形成逻辑及弥合路径研究

乡村教育数字化转型是实现乡村教育振兴与高质量发展的战略路径,而乡村教师数字素养的提升是推动这一转型的核心驱动力和关键支撑要素。为探究乡村教师数字素养鸿沟的表现及形成逻辑,文章基于行动者网络理论视角,采用参与观察、问卷调查以及深度访谈等方法,对陕西省S县乡村教师群体的数字素养现状及影响因素进行深度解析。结果发现:乡村教师数字素养鸿沟成因主要包括数字资源配置不均导致资源鸿沟、技术认知滞后导致意识鸿沟、应用能力薄弱导致技能鸿沟以及资源共享机制缺失导致信息鸿沟,其形成逻辑遵循“角色失范—生态断裂—协同失灵”的递进机制,包括人类行动者角色定位缺失、非人类行动者生态失衡、异质行动者利益分化导致网络协同失效。基于此,文章提出三阶弥合路径,即明确核心行动者角色定位、强化非人类行动者作用、形成行动网络凝聚力,实现角色重构、生态修复及协同治理,通过政府、学校、企业及社会多方协作,推动数字技术与乡村教育深度耦合,为缩小城乡教育差距、实现乡村教育现代化提供理论支撑与实践参考。

The digital transformation of rural education serves as a strategic pathway to revitalize rural education and achieve high-quality development in rural education, and the enhancement of rural teachers' digital literacy is the core driving force and key supporting element for promoting this transformation. To explore the manifestations and underlying logic of the digital literacy divide among rural teachers, the study adopts an Actor-Network Theory perspective and employs participatory observation, questionnaire survey, and in-depth interview to analyze the current state of digital literacy and its influencing factors among rural teachers in County S, Shaanxi Province. The findings reveal that the causes of the digital literacy divide among rural teachers mainly include the resource gap caused by uneven digital resource allocation, the awareness gap caused by lagging technological awareness, the skills gap caused by insufficient application capabilities, and the information gap caused by inadequate resource-sharing mechanisms.
