为促进智能时代师范生教育高质量发展,探索适应时代需求的师范生培育新范式,研究从为何培育、培育什么、如何培育、如何评价的角度探讨了智能时代师范生培育的底层逻辑,从培育目标、培育模式、课程体系、环境建设四个层面分析了智能时代师范生培育的现实挑战,并提出应对挑战的对策,即以拟真式、智能化环境建设为底座,强化师范生智能教育技术体验;以综合式、立体化课程改革为抓手,发展师范生智能教育教学素养;以高阶思维培养为核心、智能技术融合为前提,提升师范生生涯适应力;以师范生智能化自主学习共同体为基础,构建师范生自主发展现实条件;以智能式、自动化能力评价为推力,促进师范生核心素养全方位发展。


【英文摘要】:

To promote the high-quality development of pre-service teacher cultivation in the intelligent era and explore a new paradigm of pre-service teacher cultivation that meets contemporary needs, the study discusses the fundamental logic of pre-service teacher cultivation from the perspectives of why to cultivate, what to cultivate, how to cultivate, and how to evaluate. It analyzes the realistic challenges of cultivation goals, training modes, curriculum systems, and environment construction. To address these challenges, the study puts forward the countermeasures to meet the challenges, namely, constructing simulated and intelligent environment to strengthen pre-service teachers' experience of intelligent education technology; taking comprehensive and three-dimensional curriculum reform as the grip to develop pre-service teachers' intelligent education and teaching literacy; centering on the cultivation of higher-order thinking and taking the integration of intelligent technology as the prerequisite to enhance pre-service teachers' career adaptability; constructing realistic conditions for pre-service teachers' autonomous development on the basis of an intelligent and autonomous learning community for pre-service teachers; and taking the intelligent, automated competency evaluation as the driving force to promote the all-round development of pre-service teachers' core competencies.
