搭建教育评价改革效能智慧监测的自助平台是推动新时代教育评价改革浪潮迈向高质量落实的“最后一公里”。通过借助人工智能、大数据、云计算等新技术力量,搭建智能化、动态化、可视化的教育评价改革效能监测平台,为各级各类教育评价改革提供有效技术支撑和智慧决策支持。新时代教育评价改革效能智慧监测的自助平台表征为数字型平台、可视型平台、自助型平台的“三台”功能形态,包括数据硬件层、数据采集层、数据处理层、数据呈现层、数据交互层等“五层”结构模块。为更好地服务全时序、全空间、多场景的教育评价改革,新时代教育评价改革效能智慧监测的自助平台应当不断扩大数据挖掘广度、增强数据分析深度、提升数据反馈效度,在分类发展、分层提升、分级反馈中形塑数字评价生态、数字画像生态和数字育人生态的“生态圈”。


【英文摘要】:

Building a self-service platform for smart monitoring of the effectiveness of educational evaluation reform is the "last kilometer" to promote the educational evaluation reform in the new era towards high-quality implementation. By leveraging the power of new technologies such as artificial intelligence, big data, and cloud computing, we can build an intelligent, dynamic, and visualized platform for monitoring the effectiveness of educational evaluation reform, providing effective technical support and intelligent decision-making support for all levels and types of educational evaluation reform. The self-service platform for monitoring of the effectiveness of education evaluation reform in the new era is characterized as a digital platform, a visual platform, and a self-service platform in the form of "three platforms", including the "five-layer" structural modules of data hardware layer, data collection layer, data processing layer, data presentation layer, and data interaction layer. In order to better serve the educational evaluation reform across all timelines, spaces, and multiple scenarios, the self-service platform for smart monitoring of the effectiveness of educational evaluation reform in the new era should continuously expand the breadth of data mining, enhance the depth of data analysis, and improve the validity of data feedback, and it should shape the "ecosystem" of digital evaluation ecology, digital portrait ecology, and digital education ecology through categorized development, hierarchical improvement, and graded feedback.
