生成式人工智能正在催动人类社会加速迈向通用人工智能时代,重构教师工作整体图景,引发教师发展的深刻变革。生成式人工智能赋能教师工作迎来前所未有的机遇,将推动教学范式革新,提升教育教学活动有效性,提升教师工作效率,为教师减负,形成人工智能驱动的教师成长生态。但其在教育领域的快速内嵌将对教师育人初心、教师角色、教师主体性和师生情感空间产生剧烈冲击。生成式人工智能赋能教师工作是时代和技术发展的必然,但教育的价值和文明意蕴则要求实现技术与人文的和鸣以应对这一必然。因此,要坚守教育真谛,以教育家精神引领教师生命自觉;加强素养培育,以AI素养提高教师工作胜任力;坚持“以学定教、智能为辅”,强化教师主体性;构建智能学习共同体,重塑师生交往样态。


【英文摘要】:

Generative artificial intelligence is accelerating human society towards the era of general artificial intelligence, reshaping the overall picture of teachers' work and triggering profound changes in teacher development. Generative artificial intelligence empowers teachers' work with unprecedented opportunities, which will drive the transformation of teaching paradigms, enhance the effectiveness of teaching activities, improve teachers' work efficiency, alleviate their workload, and form an AI-driven ecosystem for teacher development. However, its rapid integration in the field of education will have a drastic impact on teachers' original intentions of educating people, teachers' roles, teachers' subjectivity and the emotional space between teachers and students. The empowerment of teachers' work by generative artificial intelligence is an inevitable outcome of the times and technological development. However, the value and cultural connotations of education require the realization of harmony between technology and humanity to address this inevitability. To this end, it is necessary to adhere to the true essence of education and lead teachers' life consciousness with the spirit of educators;strengthen the cultivation of professional qualities and enhance teachers' competence with AI literacy; uphold the principle of "learning-based teaching and intelligent assistance as a supplement", and strengthen teachers' subjectivity; and build an intelligent learning community to reshape the interaction pattern between teachers and students.
